Having purchased a new Uniform home for September 2020 closing, it was time to sell our current home in The Orchard and, having watched the success of Niraj Singhal in The Orchard and Stonebridge area generally over the almost three years we have been here, it was a fairly easy decision to choose Niraj to be our Broker.
